Cute From Around The World! Kawaii news from around the world at Kawaii.i Campus♡

We recently attended an event which brought pop culture fans, Kawaii Leaders (representing NHK World’s show Kawaii International) and Kawaii Icons together from around the world☆

On the 4th of April 2017, the news site Kawaii.I held “Kawaii.i Campus.” It was held at the new Nifty Event House「Tokyo Culture Culture」which is located exactly where Harajuku and Shibuya meet!

We attended the -SAKURA-Kawaii.i Campus Project ×TOKYO CULTURE CULTURE meetup party!

 

The Japanese Pop Culture event was attended by fans, Kawaii International, and various celebrities, including Tetsuya Fukuhara, Kaori Kishibe, Kimura U, Junnyan, Yuri Nakagawa, and Haruka Kurebayashi.

（♡）What is Kawaii.i Campus？

So what actually is「Kawaii.i Campus」？

Kawaii.i Campus is an event held by Kawaii International, NHK World’s kawaii update site. It focuses on Tokyo fashion trends, anime, and various other kinds of pop culture news♪

The latest brand coordinates, makeup tutorials, chara-bento recipes, kimono styling… You can find all the latest trend news on Kawaii International♡

The winners of the contest were appointed Kawaii Leader, and are given the opportunity to visit Japan and experience all kinds of different things!

At the event, the guests could participate in a Kawaii Fashion Contest♡

The theme was SAKURA〜Cherry Blossom♪

The guests all attended wearing kawaii fashion and the venue was overflowing with cherry blossoms ♡

The walls were adorned with photos of the contest participants☆

Kawaii fans came from all over the globe☆
